Refund policy

If, for any reason, you want to return or exchange something,
we are happy to help!

You can simply return or exchange your items at our flagship store. We're happy to offer some help with the fitting of your new items, or arrange a refund (via the original payment method) or a store voucher.

In the track & trace email you received from your order, you will find a link to request a return. There you can also see the time remaining for you to return the goods. You can also use this link to enter the return portal.

1. Please keep your order number and postal code nearby to enter the portal.
2. When you entered the portal, please mark the item/items and the reason you want to return an item.
3. By following  the further instructions on the portal you can directly buy and download your return label.
4. When preparing your parcel, please add the packing list to the package indicating which item you are returning to us. This way we have everything at hand for smooth processing. 
   
5. Attach the return label to the properly sealed package and take your package to the nearest DPD pick-up-point.
6. As soon as your return has arrived with us, everything is carefully checked.
   When everything is approved, the refund will be processed on the same account/card you originally made the payment with. For returned outlet/last chances items you will get a store voucher.

2. Organise a return with a courier of your choice.
   Please make sure you choose a service with track & trace so you can check whether we have received your goods. The return address is the dão store, Gebroeders Vandeveldestraat 8, 9000 Gent.
3. As soon as your return has arrived with us, everything is carefully checked.
   When everything is approved, the refund will be processed on the same account/card you originally made the payment with. For returned outlet/last chances items you will get a store voucher.

Extra: Return items from different orders in one shipment

We don't want you to pay extra for returning multiple items from different orders. Here's how to return them in one go.

In the track & trace email from your orders, you'll find a link to request a return. This link also shows the remaining time for returns and allows access to the return portal. Announce each return one by one. Keep your order number and postal code handy to enter the portal.

1. Once in the portal, mark the item(s) and the reason for return.
2. Under 'How would you like to return', choose:
   -> For the first order: 'At a drop-off-point', Select your pick-up point and purchase the return label.
   -> For all the following orders: 'Return in store' = free return
3. When preparing your parcel, include the packing lists for all orders, clearly indicating the items you're returning. This ensures smooth processing.
4. Attach the return label to the sealed package and take it to the nearest DPD pick-up point.
